This is an informal chat where we figure out your buying position. We’ll explain things like down payment and mortgage insurance if you’re a first-time buyer. It’s in this meeting that we’ll determine your financial position, buying goals, expectations, and new-home criteria.


02. The buying presentation

Once we’ve figured out the important details, we’ll present our strategic buying plan that’s unique to your situation but informed by our proven processes. We’ll tell you which team member is working on which task, what the communication style and frequency will be, and what to expect moving forward.
